LANCASTER GATE

The project was to redesign a Central London Hotel, consisting of the Communal Areas, Reception, Lounge and Breakfast Dining Room.

Our concept was to create a warm, welcoming and soothing vibe. Using earthy tones and a soft green palette, creating a luxurious and calm ambience.

The reception and lounge areas were open-plan spaces. The area behind the reception desk was enhanced by creating beautiful panel sections, which incorporated gold metallic tones and vintage mirrors as a focal point. The reflection from the mirror creates the illusion of space. The green marble stone on the reception desktop has a wonderful contrast with the citron yellow velvet sofa and classic parquet wood flooring.

In the lounge area, a small self-service mini bar has been added, as a means to entice hotel residents to enjoy the area for their relaxing pleasure.

The shimmering gold arch including mirrored shelves of the minibar, replicate and link the opposite arch window next to the reception.

The pattern of the captivating flora plant wallcovering and lighting in the breakfast area attracts the eye of the guests during dining. The pendant ceiling lights in a tidewater green style brings a natural outdoor vibe inside the breakfast area so guests can be transformed into a feeling of forgetting where they are during the experience.
