FULL DESIGN CONSULTATION

    • Initial video or phone call meeting to capture your style and needs for the project and to answer any questions

    • We build a floorplan from your measurements to create a layout to visualise your space

    • We deliver a presentation of FF&E – (Furniture Fixtures and Equipment) items for you to choose 1 option

    • The final design and floor and architectural plans will be sent to you for your approval in 2D

    • We will then create two 3D renders of our design for each room allowing you to see your virtual design

    • Any further 3D renders that you require can be purchased separately

    • An itemised breakdown list of all the items for your project in realtime which we will purchase using our trade discounts including order tracking and updates

    • Supervise your project on site when required

    • Tender for tradespersons and contractors to carry out your project from start to finish
